CVS/pharmacy
CVS/pharmacy® is sponsoring American Diabetes Month® and encouraging Americans to participate in “A Day in the Life of Diabetes”. Throughout November, CVS/pharmacy will donate $1 to support the Stop Diabetes® movement, up to $25,000, for each personal image that is uploaded to the Association’s Facebook page to show what a daily life of diabetes means to them.
In addition, CVS/pharmacy will create awareness about diabetes by promoting “A Day in the Life” throughout the different departments in their stores, ensuring that customers can easily get information about ADM and become involved in the fight to stop diabetes.

We recently met Tony Castillo, a 40-year-old teacher from Odessa, Texas, who in mere months transformed himself from self-proclaimed couch potato to "athlete in training." On July 28, he'll ride for 32 miles in the Dallas/Fort Worth Tour de Cure®, with his son by his side.
